Changed your mind? No problem — you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and similar items cannot be returned once opened.

How to return

1. Email shoponline@pureethical.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours (business days) with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the items back. We recommend using a tracked service — return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

We are sorry! Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
